The highlight of ordering through Custom Challah Covers.com is that you are assured all of our finished products are unique, one-of-a-kind designs by the artist Estelle Nussbaum. The hallmark of Estelle’s work is her unique artistry and vision.

Matzah/Challah Covers Orders:
Note: As these fabrics are very unique
and primarily imported or imprinted by the artist
they are often available in limited quantity.
The artist will do her best to accommodate any
and all of your orders with your satisfaction
guaranteed.
You may order one of our covers in stock (currently those include only the Matzah covers) directly from us using your own credit card through Pay Pal’s secure online ordering system. If you have a Pay Pal account, you may use your payment options from them. All orders will be shipped within 2-7 days if no personalization is required. Personalization can take an additional 7 business days before shipping, however we will do our best to expedite for Passover 2009. Please contact us immediately to expedite personalization.
The second way to order is to scroll through our gallery and find a past design we have created and order a similar design. This design can also be personalized with your name or with a special message. Please note, although we will strive to create a similar design, materials used will be different. If you have a particular color scheme in mind, you may also make that suggestion for customization. All special orders based on a past design will be shipped within 4-6 weeks, depending on personalization and customization needs. When you contact us, we will be able to give you a better idea of when you might expect delivery.Please contact us for more information.
Special Orders:
If you have a special need,
event, or gift, Custom Challah Covers will be
happy to create a completely unique design for
you. If there is a theme, color
scheme (i.e. purples, burgundy, blues) accessories
(fringe, tassels, beadwork) we will work with
you to create a cover that will be cherished
for many lifetimes to come. Because of the artistry
involved and the unique, individualized
nature of each cover design, special
orders prices will fluctuate.

Payment:
Except for special orders, you may pay using
the convenient and secure order system managed
by Pay Pal, using your own credit card if desired.
Although all covers in stock will expect full-payment
upfront, special orders will
require a down payment before work is initiated.
The cost of the "special order" final creation
will be agreed upon in advance.
Money Back Guarantee:
At Custom Challah Covers, it is
our utmost desire that your shopping experience
with us will be completely satisfactory. With
the exception of some personalization orders,
all of our creations come with a money back
guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the
finished design, you may ship it back to us
within 7 days after delivery is made. Unless
prior arrangements have been made, goods received
after 7 days will not receive a refund. Please
make sure you use the same packaging that the
cover was shipped in and you must insure it.
All returned goods must be received in original
condition for full refund.
You must contact
us before you return any items, so that we
may assist you with any questions you might have.
